Why is the cloud ID login status 0?

A: if the login status is 0, it means that the camera cannot access the public network and cloud information.

1. Please check whether the camera network cable is finally connected to the router, and whether the network indicator flashes normally.

2. Check whether the DNS in the network status is consistent with the WAN port in the background home page of the router. If not, configure management → remote configuration → network settings → Ethernet settings - modify dns1, and save after dns2.




Some customers use the intelligent router DNS settings are normal, and the status is still 0.
Later, it was found that the smart router of the customer disabled the MAC address of the camera by default, and the device was normal after the ban was lifted. The normal status of cloud landing is 1
