Does it cost to join Dothan Voice and are there membership fees?
No! Dothan Voice is 100% free to our members and there are no hidden fees.
Why does it say Beta on Dothan Voice Logo?
Dothan Voice Beta, means we continue to add new features and fix little bugs. We don't require feedback from you but if you have any issues or have ideas to make your experience better, we'd be happy to hear from you. Simply click the Add Feedback link at the very top of Dothan Voice and give us your feedback.
Do you release info on members?
Never! We will never disclose any information on members to any party for any reason. You are safe here.
Where can I get support services?
Our robot has a form for Comprehensive Support system.
Can I modify my page?
Yes you can do that from your "edit profile page". Change colour and background images and text styles.
How do I manage My Contacts?
Click on My Account - My Contacts. Here you can manage these settings.
Members You Have Hotlisted, Members You Have Invited, Members You have Blocked, Members You Have Waved, Members You Have Viewed, Members You Have Hostlisted By, Members You Were Invited By, Members You Were Blocked By, Members You Were Waved By, Members You Were Viewed By, Members Friend List.
How do I know if someones online?
You will see a little lightbulb in the top right of a members image and if its on, they are on!.
How can I upload a profile photo?
Go into "My Profile" from top right link after you login, click on "Profile Photos" in the bottom menu then click browse to select the picture from your computer hard drive.
How can I make the photo I upload in "My Profile" the default ?
Once you upload the photo select the picture and click the make primary button.
I uploaded a photo but it isn't showing in My Profile.
There are two methods of photo uploads. Public and Profile. If you upload photos-videos-music to the public without logging into your profile the photos-videos-music will not show
in your profile. It will be posted to the Dothan Voice public. You must log into the "My Profile" to upload personal pictures - music.
How do I get songs to play in "My Profile" juke box ?
In the Juke Box to the far right bottom you will see a Wrench. Click the Wrench. A window will pop up. Now select the songs from your computer hard drive and upload.
You can upload several songs and select which songs to play first. When someone visits your "My Profile" the music will begin to play while a member is visiting your "My Profile".
I viewed a profile and I want to contact the member.
You have several options. In their "My Profile" you will see to the far bottom left. Send Letter - Wave - Instant Messenger .Just select which method to contact the member.
A member is obnoxious and won't leave me alone.
Go to Their "My Profile" click on Report. It will send an instant alert to Dothan Voice Administration for us to investigate. If it becomes a reoccurrence we will review
their account for suspension or removing the member from the Dothan Voice.
I see a member that I would like to add to my friends list.
In the members "My Profile" click on Add to Friends. Once the other member receives the request and opts to have you on their friends list it will then show up in your "My Profile" as them being on your friends list. Vise versa.
How do I check my messages?
You go to "My Account. To the right you will see various options of communication methods from Messages-Comments-Greetings and Friends.
How do I report a obscene photograph that's pornographic in nature?
Below the image you will see a report function. Click report. It will send an instant alert to the Dothan Voice Administration for us to investigate.
